Royal Purple® Industrial is pleased to announce that Tony Springer, a seasoned lubricant executive, has joined the company as Sales Director – Distribution, effective Feb. 9, 2026. In this role, Springer is responsible for overseeing and driving growth for the RPI product line in partnership with the Distribution Sales Team across the United States and Canada.

Lubrication Engineers today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the industrial brands and products of Royal Purple. Upon completion of the transaction, LE will become the exclusive manufacturer and seller of Royal Purple®-branded industrial products, while Calumet, Inc. will retain ownership of the consumer portion of Royal Purple.
