SYNTHETIC BLEND OIL SYSTEM CLEANER AND FLUSHING FLUID
Clean & Flush™ fluid is a safe, effective, economical product for cleaning equipment or flushing oil while equipment is in service. It can be used in three ways:
- Addition to existing oil – To remove soft deposits and sludge from equipment prior to draining the existing oil.
- Temporary oil fill – To remove varnish, soft deposits and sludge from equipment before refilling with a new oil.
- Temporary oil fill for polyglycol replacement – To flush a polyglycol oil that is incompatible with the new oil. (Polyglycol oils are incompatible with all other lubricant types.)
Clean & Flush is available in one viscosity grade and has some antiwear properties, but it is not a fully formulated lubricant. Machine loads and viscosity requirements should be considered when deciding how best to use it. It can be used as a lubricant in service for short periods of time, but Royal Purple® Industrial recommends that, whenever possible, it be used while equipment is unloaded, under low load, or idle.
