Crystal-Pure®
Crystal-Pure® compressor oil is pure, inert, ashless and nonreactive, making it an excellent choice for industrial gas producers supplying gases such as carbon dioxide, oxygen and nitrogen to food, pharmaceutical and healthcare use. It can be used in high- and low-pressure process gas compressors, including centrifugal, reciprocating and diaphragm compressors.
In demanding gas compression service, lubricant purity and resistance to gas dilution are critical to maintaining viscosity and film strength.
Crystal-Pure is insoluble in most process gases and resists gas dilution, helping maintain viscosity and film strength. It will not harm process fluids or catalysts, supporting longer lubricant service life and helping extend cylinder, ring and packing life for greater uptime and reduced maintenance.
The 68 (1X) and 100 (2X) ISO grades meet Ingersoll-Rand viscosity requirements; the 150 (40X) and 320 (60X) ISO grades meet Cooper Bessemer viscosity requirements. All grades are NSF registered for H1 food grade service and are Halal and Kosher certified. Crystal-Pure is a colorless product.
